We were commissioned to be the architect of record for this refurbishment:
Formally one of the buildings Sasol used to occupy in Rosebank. Our client had a 6 month overlap to take advantage of while Sasol moved across to their new building in Sandton.
As always in central nodes like this the lack of adequate parking was the main catalyst for this refurbishment.
We started by building a parking deck that basically doubled the amount of parking for this building but even then we still had to increase the amounts by adding hydraulic car lifts in the basements
