The brief was to impressively transform two buildings consisting of 13 000m2 worth of commercial office space on a very limited budget. Client Blend Properties bought the property on the corner of 10th Avenue and Rivonia Boulevard in central Rivonia. The challenge was finding a balance between an acceptable refurbishment and the constraints of the budget.
Pietman was the principle agent and architect on this project and co-ordinated all the professionals and service providers involved. The result is an effective modification which gives the office space a clean modern appearance.
